As such, FCA invites interested, eligible and competent firms to bid through open domestic bidding for the supplies below.
INVITATION TO QUOTE:
With Funds received from BPRM Finn Church Aid (FCA) is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers for the following tender:
- Assorted School Uniforms.
- Assorted Boys shirts and shorts.
- Assorted Girls skirts and Blouses.
- Assorted Hijabs
All supplies are for a humanitarian Education project implemented by FCA in Kalobeyei settlement.
Please note that the prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.
All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents) online through the following Link https://tarjouspalvelu.fi/kirkonulkomaanapu?id=421479&tpk=9385d7bf-2d0d-4fe8-b047-af0944f915dd by 2259 hrs. Kenyan time on 22nd November 2022. Late bids will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 24th November 2022 at 10.30 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).

The Contracting authority may for its own convenience and without charge or liability cancel the tender process at any stage.
