CAP Youth Empowerment Institute (CAPYEI) invites tenders from eligible bidders for the Supply and delivery of Desktop Computers at CAP Youth Empowerment Institute.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at Procurement Office, CAP Youth Empowerment Institute, Head Office, Westlands Victoria Plaza 7th Floor during official working hours between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The tender documents may be downloaded free of charge from CAP Youth Empowerment Institute website www.capyei.org . Those who download the Tender document should send an email giving the details of their firm, contact person, telephone numbers and email addresses to procurement@capyei.org

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents (Original and Copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the reception area or be addressed to:

Nairobi.
so as to be received on or before Wednesday, 2nd June 2021 at 10.00 am.

Bidders who send their tender documents via postal or courier services should ensure that the tender documents are received at the reception on or before 2nd June 2021 at 10.00 am.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at Head office Boardroom Cap Youth Empowerment Institute. Only one representative per bidder will be allowed during tender opening.
Late Tender Documents shall be rejected and returned unopened.
