Tender Notice: Supply of Teaching and Learning Materials for Schools in Dadaab, Lutheran World Federation(LWF)

Lutheran World Federation World Service is seeking proposals from reputable suppliers to:

– Supply of teaching and learning materials for schools in Dadaab as per the attached – Tender no. LWF/29154/01/2022

Bid documents in sealed envelopes marked ‘’DF 29154 SUPPLY OF TEACHING AND LEARNING MATERIALS FOR SCHOOLS IN DADAAB’’ to be addressed to THE PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE, be registered at LWF Nairobi on Gitanga Road, Opposite Braeburn School, and dropped in the LWF tender box by 25th October 2022 before 4.00pm.

Bids will be evaluated and should be accompanied by the following requirements:

Fully completed business questionnaire (Attached)
Supplier’s Code of Conduct (Attached to be signed and stamped by the bidder)
Company registration certificates {Include copies of CR12}
Valid Tax Compliance Certificate {Attach valid copies}
Copies of relevant documents indicating proof of any 5 similar orders undertaken in the past. {Attach reference letters}
Fully completed supplier’s bank details form (Attached)
Copy of the latest bank statement in the name of the bidding company. {Last 4 months, starting from the date of the advert to 4 months backward}
