Waldorf Kakuma project invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of assorted learning materials.
Review of bids will be conducted based on competitive pricing and quality. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers who may view/obtain the tender document by downloading it from the Waldorf Kakuma Project website: www.waldorfkakumaproject.org . Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five [5] days to the closing date of the tender. All clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Waldorf Kakuma Project website.
Prices for the quoted items shall be inclusive of all taxes, delivery costs and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for ninety [90] days from the tender closing date.
The price to be charged for the tender document shall be Ksh. 5,000/= to be deposited into:
Account Name: Waldorf Kakuma Agencies, Account No. 1650262707912, equity bank, Kakuma branch and the bank slip for the payment attached to the tender documents.
The tenderers shall quote for each item listed. Late tenders shall be rejected.
Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender number and name shall be delivered to Waldorf Kakuma Project’s office, Karen Professional Centre 1st Floor office No. F10 or Waldorf Kakuma Project’s office, compound 3, Windle Trust building.
