Location: DDP RECONCILE office at the Marigat water offices next to CDF Building Baringo County
NOTE: All bid MUST be inclusive of transportation cost and 16% VAT where applicable
- The Bids will be opened physically on Monday 14/06/2021 at 12.00 noon at the RECONCILE Head Office, Off Oginga Avenue, Next to Sunrise Evans Hospital, P. O. Box 7150 -20110, Nakuru,
- The successful tenderer will be required to produce to the satisfaction of the specified concerned authority, valid registration credentials and other statutory documents for their company and previously completed supply works in their favor under the provision of the LAWS OF KENYA.
- Additionally, the tenderer shall be required to enter into a contractual agreement with RECONCILE before commencement of ‘ work.
NB: The grass seeds MUST be certified by KEPHIS.
