Request for Submission of Bids: Provision and Delivery of School Uniforms for Learners in 22 Schools in Dadaab Refugee Camp, LWF

Lutheran World Federation Kenya Somalia Program hereby invites companies who are duly registered to submit bids for the below tender in accordance to design specifications and sample materials to be provided in the following category

Interested Companies who meet the under-listed requirements may submit their bids latest before 4:00 pm on October 12th, 2022.

Bid documents in sealed envelopes marked ‘’DF 28392 PROCUREMENT OF SCHOOL UNIFORMS FOR LEARNERS’’ to be addressed to THE PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE, be registered at LWF Dadaab main office, and dropped in the LWF tender box.

Bids will be evaluated and should be accompanied by the following requirements:

  1. Fully completed business questionnaire (Attached)
  2. Supplier’s Code of Conduct (Attached to be signed and stamped by the bidder)
  3. Company registration certificates {Include copies of CR12}
  4. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate {Attach valid copies}
  5. Copies of relevant documents indicating proof of any 5 similar orders undertaken in the past. {Attach reference letters}
  6. Fully completed supplier’s bank details form (Attached)
  7. Copy of the latest bank statement in the name of the bidding company. {Last 4 months, starting from the date of the advert to 4 months backward}
