INVITATION

The KENYA GOOD NEIGHBORS invites proposals for Consultancy/Technical Expert Service for design, documentation and supervision of retrofitting, renovation and strengthening works at Dandora greenlight vocation training school.

If a Consultant is a Joint Venture (JV), the full name of the JV shall be used and all members, starting with the name of the lead member. Where sub-consultants have been proposed, they shall be named.

It is not permissible to transfer this RFP to any other firm.

Any Intention to enhance your experience by requesting permission to associate with other firm(s) shall be duly indicated in the submission.

The Consultant will be selected under Quality Based Selection (QBS) method.

The bidders are strongly encouraged and advised to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the site conditions. There will be no Pre Bid joint site visit or conference with the client

The proposals must be delivered on or before 25th August 2023 at 1600 hrs. to the address below: procurement@goodneighbors.ke .
