Request for Expression of Interest: Individual Consultancy Services on the LAPSSET Corridor Project- Lamu Port Development, LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority (LCDA)
The LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority (LCDA) received financing from the African Development Bank through the NEPAD – Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (NEPAD-IPPF) Special Fund toward the cost of Transaction Advisory Services and related Technical Assistance on the LAPSSET Corridor Project – Lamu Port Development, and intends to apply part of this grant to payments under the contract for individual consultancy services aimed at enhancing the development of Lamu Port and Lamu Special Economic Zone.
The Individual Consultants are required in each of the following services: –
- Individual Consultancy Services for a Demand and Comparative Analysis study for the Port of Lamu and Lamu Special Economic Zone.
- Individual Consultancy Services for the Port of Lamu and Lamu Special Economic Zone Marketing
- Individual Consultancy Services for development of a Communication Strategy for the Port of Lamu and Lamu Special Economic Zone.
- Individual Consultancy Services for the development of an Infrastructure Components Sequencing Plan and Utility Requirements Study.
Interested Individual consultants should download the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for each study from the LCDA website (www.lapsset.go.ke) under tenders, or obtain them directly from LCDA offices.
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by Thursday 22nd September 2022 at 10.00am and men- tioning the title of the specific consultancy service selected as listed above. Electronic submissions will be accepted and shall be sent to the email procurement@lapsset.go.ke
