Prequalification of Suppliers for Supply of Goods & Services
Tender Name: Prequalification of Supplies for Supply of Goods and Services for the period 2021- 2023 for FCA Nairobi Office.
Finn Church Aid Kenya invites interested and eligible suppliers to apply for pre-qualification indicating the category of goods and services as they wish to supply for the period June 15, 2021 to June 15, 2023.
Existing suppliers who wish to be retained must also re-apply and submit information requested in the pre-qualification document.

- Interested bidders to contact Finn Church Aid via keco.procurement@kua.fi for the pre-qualification document. The documents will be available from 10th June 2021 at no cost. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send them in writing by 17th June 2021
- All pre-qualification documents, in English language only, must be submitted via email kenya.tender1@kua.fi clearly indicating the lot number being tendered for on the subject line of the email by 2359 hrs. on 30th June 2021. Late bids will be rejected.
- Bidders should clearly capture the Lot number for which they wish to tender, for example, (FCA/NBI/05/2021) on the subject of the email.
- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned in the Pre-qualification document.
