Pre-Qualification of Supply of Goods and Provision of Services for the FY 2023/2025 – EDCA
Emali Dedicated Children’s Agency (EDCA] is a Local Non-Governmental Organization (LNGO) implementing Child and youth programs in Makueni and Kajiado Counties. EDCA implements programs in under five thematic areas; Education, Health, Water and Sanitation, Child Protection and Livelihoods.
EDCA would like to pre-qualify vendors for FY 2023/2025. Interested parties are invited to apply for consideration under categories for goods and services as listed below.

The application forms for supplier registration can be downloaded at EDCA’s website www.emalidca.org or purchased from our offices during normal working hours between 09.00 am and 04.00 pm Monday to Friday for a non-refundable fee of Ksh 2,000 per category after depositing EMALI DEDICATED CHILDREN’S AGENCY Cooperative Bank a/c no. 01128806234100 Emali branch by 28/7/2023. Our office is located at Emali Town, Next to Emali Railways Terminus.
Completed forms to be dropped at our office in Emali Office or sent by G4S or Wells Fargo clearly quoting the tender code and category on or before 04th August, 2023 and addressed to:

Emali Dedicated Children’s Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not bound to give any reason for the rejection whatsoever. All applications must be accompanied by a bank slip as proof of payment for each category. Only the shortlisted suppliers will be contacted during site visit.
