Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for Goods and Services for the Year 2021/2026

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Regional Office in Nairobi invites applicants from interested firms (including current suppliers) for prequalification for the supply of goods and services to the organization for the year 2021 /2022 to 2025/2026 as follows:

Category A: Goods

  • IFRC/PQ/001/21-26: Supply of General Office Stationery and Computer Printer/ Consumables
  • IFRC/PQ/002/21 -26:Supply of  Office Furniture and Equipment
  • IFRC/PQ/003/21-26:Supply of Software, Projectors and Other Related Equipment
  • IFRC/PQ/004/21 -26:Supply of Bottled Water and Dispensers
  • IFRC/PQ/005/21 -26:Supply of Relief Humanitarian Non-Food Items (Menstrual Hygiene Items, Tents, Blankets & WASH livelihood items & Equipment)

Category B: Services

  • IFRC/PQ/006/21-26:Provision of Travel Agency Services
  • IFRC/PQ/007/21 -26:Provision of Hotel Services(Catering, Accommodation and Event Management Services)
  • IFRC/PQ/008/21 -26:Provision of Graphic Design and Artworks, Printing of Corporate Newsletters, Reports, Manuals, Curriculum, IEC and Promotional Items
  • IFRC/PQ/009/21 -26:Provision of Courier Services (Local and International)
  • IFRC/PQ/010/21 -26:Provision of Warehousing, Clearing and Forwarding Services (Road Transport, Sea, Transport, Air Transport, Movers for Personal Items)
  • IFRC/PQ/011/21-26:Provision of Taxi and Car Hire Services
  • IFRC/PQ/012/21-26:Provision of Facilities Maintenance and Services (House Agents, Electrician, Plumber, Mason, Painter, Cleaning and Gardening Services)
  • IFRC/PQ/013/21-26:Provision of the Following Services Insurance Services: Medical, Travel, Personal Accident, Motor Vehicle I.E. Comprehensive St Third Party only, Property Insurance
  • IFRC/PQ/014/21-26:Provision of Generator Service, Maintenance and Repairs
  • IFRC/PQ/015/21-26:Provision of Security Service and Equipment (Security Guards, CCTV Installation and Maintenance, Access Control)
  • IFRC/PQ/016/21-26:Provision of Motor Vehicle Body and Paint Repairs(Toyota and Nissan Approved Dealers)
  • IFRC/PQ/017/21-26:Provision of Translation, Interpretation, Proof Reading and Editing Services
  • IFRC/PQ/018/21-26:Provision of Archiving and Document Management Services
  • IFRC/PQ/019/21-26:Provision of Furnished and Serviced Apartments (Around specific areas; Kilimani, Hurlingham, Lavington, Westlands)
  • IFRC/PQ/020/21 -26:Provision of Building and Civil Consultancy
