Open Call for Proposals on Short-Term Grants for Promoting Access to Legal Aid and Assistance for the Poor and Marginalized Special Interest Groups in Kenya- Amkeni Wakenya
Amkeni Wakenya is a Civil Society Democratic Governance Facility of UNDP Kenya established in 2008 to provide coordinated technical and financial support to non-state actors working on democratic governance in Kenya.
The Facility invites interested and eligible non-state actors including NGOs, FBOs, Academic Institutions, CBOs to submit proposals for award of grants in a project entitled “Promoting increased access to justice for the poor and marginalized special interest groups in Kenya.” The project is to be implemented in 12 counties: Nairobi, Kisumu, Uasin Gishu, Nakuru, Mombasa, Mandera, Wajir, Isiolo, Garissa, Lamu, Tana River and Marsabit counties.
