Multiple Tender Notices- Gatanga Community Water Scheme

1.1 Gatanga Community Water Scheme(GCWS)invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for Supply and Delivery of:

  • Tender No. GCWS/TENDER/01:2021-2022 Tender for Supply, Installation, Configuration, Customization, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Billing System
  • Tender No. GCWS/TENDER/02/2021-2022: Supply and Delivery of UPVC Pipes
  • Tender No. GCWS/TENDER/03/2021-2022: Supply and Delivery of GI Pipes: Socketed and Flanged
  • Tender No. GCWS/TENDER/04/2021-2022 Supply and Delivery of HDPE & PPR Pipes
  • Tender No. GCWS/TENDER/04/2021-2022 Supply and Delivery of Water Fittings (UPVC,
    GI & HDPE)
  • Tender No. GCWS/TENDER/06/2021-2022: Supply and Delivery of Cold-Water Consumer & Master Meters

1.2 Interested eligible candidates may obtain hard copies of tender documents from Procurement Office, situated at GATANGA COMMUNITY WATER SCHEME Headquarters offices during normal working hours. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payments of a nonrefundable fee of Kenya Kshs.1000/= (one thousand shillings) in cash or bankers’ cheque payable to Gatanga Community Water scheme.

Tenderers may download tender documents from the company’s website www.gatangawaterservices.co.ke free of charge. Applicants who download the tender and registration documents shall email their names, contacts details and tender number to email address:

1.3 Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain constant for at least 12 months following the date of signing of the contract with the winning bidder.

1.4 Applications for tender must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at Gatanga Community Water Scheme, Thika to be addressed to;

1.5 Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates /representatives who choose to attend at Gatanga Community Water Scheme HQ Offices.
