Invitation to Tender- The Provision of Medical Insurance Services for the Board and Staff, NACADA

PROCURING ENTITY: National Authority for the Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA)

1. The Authority invites sealed tenders for the provision of Medical Insurance Services (Medical insurance Cover) for board and staff of NACADA for the period of one year and renewable for another two years subject to performance appraisal.

2. Tendering will be conducted under National open tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one item.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from 8:00am to 5:00 pm at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website; www.tender.go.ke or www.nacada.go.ke

4. A complete set of tender documents will be obtained electronically from www.tenders.go.ke or www.nacada.go.ke/tenders free of charge

5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tender.go.ke or www.nacada.go.ke/tenders who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@nacada.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” “of KSH 430,000.00 (Four hundred and Thirty thousand) from the bank with validity period of 150 days

7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted and its attachments.

8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 7th January 2022 at 11.30 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

10. Late tenders will be rejected.
