Invitation to Tender: Supply of Range Cubes(Animal feeds) & Water Trucking Service in Samburu, ACTED Kenya

ACTED, implementing the project 24FDX – Drought Emergency Response for Food and Nutrition Security (DERF) under USAID funding, is inviting suppliers of supplies & services to submit offers for at least one or all lots for the following description of the supplies or services:

Description:

  1. Supply of Range Cubes -Animal feeds
  2. Water Trucking – to 1,100 HHs IN Samburu North & East for a period of 2 months.
  3. Water Trucking – to 14 schools in Samburu East and Samburu North – each school to receive 30,000 liters of water for a period of 2 months.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.

The Bidding Documents (in English) can be requested for free by sending a requisition email to kenya.tender@acted.org

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED staff in the offices regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted before/on 30th Aug 2022 at 05.00pm at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 1st September 2022 at 10.30AM in the ACTED representative office in Maralal. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
