Invitation to Tender: Supply and Delivery of Kitchen Consumables for Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency a Period of Two Years

1. The KENYA EXPORT PROMOTION AND BRANDING AGENCY invites sealed tenders for KITCHEN CONSUMABLES FOR KENYA EXPORT PROMOTION AND BRANDING AGENCY A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS.

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 09:00AM to 4:00PM at the address: The Head of Supply Chain , Tel: +254 (020)271 523 6/7,0722205875 1st Floor, Anniversary Towers, University Way, Nairobi, Email: Prc@brand.ke

4. A complete set of tender document containing detailed information may be downloaded from the Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency Website. (www.makeitkenya.go.ke) or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke at no cost.

5. Bidders are advised to forward their particulars and/or enquiries using the Email: prc@brand.ke. Bidders MUST also register their details in the KEPROBA Supplier portal http://suppliers.brand.ke for any further clarification or addendum.

6. Tenders MUST be submitted in two ways;

i) Through the supplier portal (http://suppliers.brand.ke)
ii) Hard copies enclosed in plain sealed envelopes to be delivered/posted indicating the tender Number and title to address below: and be deposited in the Tender Box at the main entrance, 1st floor Anniversary towers at The Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency along University Way.

7. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 210 days from the closing date of the Tender.

8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later in the Conference Room on the 1st Floor KEPROBA Offices. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives or anyone who chooses to attend. Bidders’ representatives and other persons who choose to attend the tender opening session will be required to have identification documents (National ID/Passport).

9. Late tenders will be rejected.
