1. KENYA WILDLIFE SERVICE invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of COMPO RATION ITEMS FOR FY 2022- 2023 AT KWS COMPO STORES IN LANGATA
2. Tendering will be conducted under open NATIONAL competitive method using a standardized. Tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information at hps@kws.go.ke and inspect. The Tender Documents at http://www.kws.go.ke/tenders
4. Tender documents may be downloaded for free from the website. www.kws.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to hps.@kws.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings Three Hundred Thousand Only (Kes. 300,000/=)
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th September, 2022 at 12.00 noon. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.
9. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who Choose to attend at the address below:-At the main reception lobby, main entrance, KWS Headquarters, Langa’ta Road,
P.O. Box 40241-00100, Nairobi.
To be received on or before 20th September, 2022 at 12.00 noon.
Late tenders will be rejected.
