Invitation to Tender: Supply and Delivery of Airtime

TENDER NO. NETFUND/T/003/2022-2023

1. The NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT TRUST FUND invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of airtime.

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers

3. Tendering is open to Persons With Disability (PWD) Category only, as registered with TheNational Treasury and Planning

4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours Monday to Friday between 0900 to 1500 hours (East Africa Time) at the address given below.

5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers

upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000 in cash at the NETFUND Office located

at National Water Plaza, 1st floor, on Dunga Road. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the NETFUND website, www.netfund.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

Tenderers downloading documents from a designated website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer as below;

i. Name of the tenderer

ii. Name and designation of the contact person

iii. Email address

iv. Telephone number

v. Postal address

6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the NETFUND website, www.netfund.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@netfund.go.ke and copy to netfundtenders@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a TENDER-SECURING DECLARATION

8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before TUESDAY OCTOBER 4 TH , 2022 AT 1100 HOURS (EAST AFRICAN TIME).

10. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.

11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
