Invitation to Tender: Provision of Vehicle Hire Services in Mandera County – Action Against Hunger

Action Against Hunger (ACF) has been operational in the arid and semi-arid lands of Kenya for more than 15 years implementing health and nutrition, water, sanitation, and hygiene, food security, and livelihoods programs in West Pokot, Isiolo, and Mandera Counties. ACF, seeks to invite interested and eligible companies to submit applications for the service.

Action Against Hunger invites tenders from companies for the said service. Tender documents for the above tender with detailed specifications can be obtained through emailing tenders@actionagainsthunger.org  on or before Wednesday 1^st  March 2023 at 05.00PM.

In your email, you must specify the sub-county in Mandera County, that you are interested in applying for. (Mandera North, East, West, South, Banisa, Kotulo and Arabia)

Mandatory requirements:

1)    Proof of Company Registration in Kenya.

2)    A copy of the audited financial statements for last two years (balance sheet and income state­ment).

3)    Valid business permit

4)    Company profile

5)    Tax Certificate /PIN Certificate

6)    Proof of residence in Mandera County

The proposals from bidders shall be submitted in two distinct parts, namely technical proposal and financial proposal and these should be in two separate folders, both of which should then be sub­mitted to ACF through the email: tenders@actionagainsthunger.org  not later than 8^th  March 2023 at 10.00AM. ACF shall not permit submission after the said date and time.
