Invitation to Tender: Provision Of General Insurance Services

ILRI invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the Provision of insurance brokerage and risk management services.

Interested firms or bidders are required to download the tender documents with instructions to bidders from the link: http://www.ilri.org/tenders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh.5,000 to be deposited to Account Name – International Livestock Research Institute, Account Number – 0100005184392, Bank: STANBIC BANK Branch Code: WAIYAKI WAY BRANCH, Swift code: SBICKENX

The payment receipt/bank deposit slip MUST be attached to the tender document.

Completed tender documents should be sent to a closed email GeneralInsuranceTender@cgiar.org

The documents must be in PDF format or continuously scanned and divided into statutory documents for broker, technical documents/proposal and quotes from underwriters. Do not underwriters’ statutory documents or profiles. The documents should be in a zipped folder.

Quote the name of the bidder (broker) on the email subject.

NB: No hard copy documents will be accepted.
