As such, FCA invites interested, eligible and competent firms to bid through open domestic bidding for the works below.

Invitation to Quote

With Funds received from UNHCR, Finn Church Aid (FCA) is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested contractors for the following tender:

  • Construction of 2 blocks of 3 semi-permanent classrooms.
  • Construction of 2 blocks of 4 door semi-permanent latrines.

All works are for a humanitarian project implemented by FCA in Kalobeyei Refugee Settlement, Turkana County.

Please note that the prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.

All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents)

Late bids will be rejected.

Bid submissions via email will not be accepted.

  1. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 26th May 2022 at 11.00 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).

Cancellation for convenience:

The Contracting authority may for its own convenience and without charge or liability cancel the tender process at any stage.
