Invitation to Bid

With funds received from PRM, Finn Church Aid (FCA) is launching a “Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers in supplying of the following Tender:

Assorted Hygiene Kits.

  1. Supply and Delivery of Boys’ vests
  2. Supply and Delivery of Boys’ underwear
  3. Supply and Delivery of Toothpaste
  4. Supply and Delivery of Bar soaps
  5. Supply and Delivery of Girls Panties
  6. Supply and Delivery of Sanitary Pads

Bidding will be conducted through open tender procedure.

  1. All the supplies are for a humanitarian project implemented by FCA in Kalobeyei Refugee Settlement, Turkana County.
  2. Please note, that the bid prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT. All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents) online through E-mail: Kenya.tender1@kua.fi_ with the reference number as the subject of the mail: by 2359hrs Kenyan time on 25/11/2021. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with enquiries regarding these tenders should send them in writing via E-mail Keco.Procurement@kua.fi up to 11/11/2021 by 1700hrs.
  3. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 30/11/2021 at 11.00 am through zoom(Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).
  4. Tender documents will be available from 5/11/2021 to 25/11/2021 by 1700 hrs. Interested Bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English at no cost from the contact mentioned below.
