Heifer International Kenya wishes to pre-qualify suppliers in the following items, services and agents in Nairobi, Kisumu and Eldoret for the period 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2026.

Submission of Application
i. Interested suppliers legally eligible to implement the various service provisions in Kenya are requested to submit their proposals as well as their telephone and email contact information.
ii. Submissions must be in English and typed single-spaced using Times New Roman font size 12, with a complete set of appendices/attachments as applicable. All pages must be numbered and include the category reference number on the cover page, and the name of the organization at the bottom of each page.
iii. The duly signed proposals will be accepted as a soft copy through the procurement email with the subject line “Prequalification of (preferred category) – (category number)” to procurement-ke@heifer.org not later than Monday 06th March 23, 5PM EAT
iv. The reference number and category description must be clearly indicated in the subject line.
