Search for Common Ground (Search) is a worldwide non-profit organization with the primary objective to change the way the world deals with conflict, away from adversarial approaches towards collaborative solutions.
Search is implementing a project in the six counties off the Coast & Eastern region, Uchaguzi Bila Balaa, Funded by the European Union and in reference to that they will need a vehicle to support in the logistics of the project being undertaken. Search invites bids for the supply of a 4WD SUV vehicle.

The supplier:
– Must be registered under relevant Kenyan law and have been in business more than 3 years.
– Must be Tax Compliant.
Delivery: Delivery must be made within 5 days of award.
Payment: Down payment at 50% on placement of order; balance on receipt and acceptance of vehicle.
Submission of bids
The deadline of submission of bids will be April 6th 2022 mid-night through kenyaprocurement@sfcg.org or on our Lever portal.
Bids will not be accepted after the deadline.
Bids must be sent on complete bidding document in English and in KES.
Manufacturers or suppliers interested and qualified may request for more information on the bid or bid document through kenyaprocurement@sfcg.org Indicate in the subject line, Search vehicle procurement.
Evaluation criteria: an internal committee will assess the bids received in the basis of transparency following the criteria of:

- Quality
- Shortest delivery date
