Job Description:
Responsible for providing support to the health facilities in medical documentation, data management, data analysis and reporting
Responsible to: Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator
Responsible for: Intern-Health Records
Employment type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain data security and confidentiality.
- Guide the facility staff on effective data management especially on correct and complete documentation.
- Ensure all required data summaries and facility reports are complete, accurate and timely.
- Participate in data collection for project monitoring and research team.
- Receive and document all payments made at the facility and issue receipts.
- Scheduling and participating in facility data quality audits.
- Liaise with ICT officer in providing supportive and innovative ways of data presentation and tools to ensure maximum and timely utilization.
- Register all clients that come to the facility and queue them for treatment.
- Monthly report analysis and presentation for the facilities.
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications and skills:
- Diploma in Health records and information technology from a recognized institution.
- Advanced computer skills.
