Job Title: Global IT Support Analyst, VSO

Role overview
Use your skills to do something different, worthwhile and hugely rewarding! This is an exciting role as part of our Global IT Team, in a vibrant location and with great teammates. You will help provide IT Support services to VSO team members across the globe. You will interact with different people and cultures, providing first, second and third line support for VSO applications and services. You will also be exposed to project work within the business and work closely with Solutions Delivery and Infrastructure teammates.
Skills, qualifications and experience
We require a person with a “can do” attitude, who has experience providing IT and desktop support to internal users. MS365 and Salesforce skills are essential. This role offers the opportunity to progress within the organization as you develop your skills through training and learning from colleagues. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their experience and pick up new skills in a busy and motivating environment.
