It will shift power to more localized humanitarian action and strengthen resilience through work in three particular areas, as well as ensure that innovative models and best practices are shared for learning and used for advocacy. We are very excited that this four years program is coming to an end and it time to generate evidence and capitalize and capture key learnings.
