ACTED [Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development] is inviting suppliers of supplies and services to submit offers for each lot for the following- description of Supplies and Services for the year 2021-2022

- T/24/27/0PEN/FWC/STATI0NERYJFURNITURE/NB0/16-08-2021/004: Supply of Office Stationery and Furniture
- T/24/27/0PEN/FWC/H0TEL/NB0/16-08-2021/005: Provision of Accommodation, Meals and conference facilities
- T/24/27/0PEN/FWC/AIR_TICKETING/NB0/16-08-2021/006: Provision of Air travel and ticketing service

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English] can be requested for free by sending a requisition email to kenya.tender@acted.org, cc tender@acted.org.Bidders can submit offers for one or several lots.
All bids must be submitted by E-mail before 31st August 2021 at 4:00pm (Nairobi Time] to kenya.tender@acted.org, cc tender@acted.org Bids that are more than 10mbs can be shared through Drop box via the same email address above. Please make sure that the link is still available at the time of offer opening, and that no access confirmation is needed to download the documents.
Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on Friday 3rd September 2021 in ACTED representative office in Nairobi, KENYA: Kalamu House, Greviilea Grove, off Brookside Drive, Westlands- Nairobi at 9:30 am (local time].
The presence of Bidders at the tender opening session will be allowed based on the Kenyan Government and ACTED’s directives towards social gatherings. Bidders can be updated on the opening session one day before opening session by calling +254 707 380 000. All Bidders will be notified on the outcome of the opening via kenya.tender@acted.org.
