Call for Expression of Interest to Coordinate and Manage Grassroots Awareness Creation Network 2022- GIZ
Background
The project “Promotion of Climate-Friendly Cooking: Kenya and Senegal” (GCF/EnDev), implemented by GIZ, Ministry of Energy and other implementing partners targets to increase the awareness of Improved Cook Stoves (ICS) leading to adoption by households through implementation of awareness creation and behaviour change campaigns. The awareness creation and behaviour change campaigns are to be implemented at the community level in several regions within the country.
Call for Expression of Interest
GIZ is seeking to engage an agency to coordinate and manage grassroots awareness*creation networks that conduct awareness creations campaigns at the community level to increase adoption of ICS by households.
The grassroots awareness creation networks are located in 4 lots:
Lot 1: Central Cluster
Lot 2: Lower Eastern Cluster
Lot 3: Lake Victoria Cluster
Lot 4: Western Clusters
Service providers are expected to respond to the call by selecting only 1 Lot they have expertise in conducting awareness creation campaigns. GIZ has an option of allocating a lot to the service provider based on their experience and capacity.
Interested service providers should send a blank email with tender reference: S3419053 in the subject line to KE_Inquiry@giz.de between 12.09.2022 to 15.09.2022. An email response will provide the relevant documents with further information on 16.09.2022, thereafter no documents will be shared.
Please submit your complete expression of interest as specified in the tender document in Hard Copies. Submission Should be in sealed envelope with the Reference Number 83419053.
