Invitation to Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops and a Projector
TENDER NO. NTSA/NCB-004/2022-2023
1. The National Transport and Safety Authority invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of laptops and a projector.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering is open to Kenyan firms only.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kes. 1,000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.ntsa.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal https://tenders.go.ke.Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.ntsa.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@ntsa.go.ke ,P.O. Box 3602-00506,0709 932 000 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Security
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday, 5th October 2022 at 11:00a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and Tender Name and be deposited in the Tender Boxat the Reception Area on Ground floor, National Transport and Safety Authority’s 316 Upper Hill Chambers.
c. Address for Opening of Tenders:
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at National Transport and Safety Authority’s Headquarters 316 Upper Hill Chambers 2nd Ngong Avenue P.O. Box 3602-00506, 9th Floor Boardroom, Nairobi.
