Prequalification for Suppliers to Supply Food and Non-Food Items to Mary’s Meal Kenya 2022
Marys Meals is a charitable organization implementing a school feeding Programme currently reaching 2,279,941 children with a daily meal at their place of education. In Kenya, the organization is reaching out to over 120,005 learners in 701 Schools in Turkana County, Kisii County and Eldoret. Our Head Office in Kenya is located at Nawoi Court, Nawoitorong Road, Lodwar, Tukana County.
The organization is inviting eligible and suitably qualified vendors to express their interest to be prequalified for supply of food and non-food items to Mary’s Meals Kenya.

Suppliers who meet the criteria for prequalification will form the list of suppliers who will be issued tender documents to bid for supply of the food and non-food items in 2023. All successful vendors shall be required to comply with the stipulated terms and conditions of any agreement with Mary’s Meals.
Interested vendors should submit letter of interest titled “Expression of Interest for Vendor Pre-qualification – Ref. No. MMK/2023/01” through e-mail to procurement.kenya@marysmeals.org or submit through sealed envelope to Mary’s Meals Kenya office tender box or by post to:

The deadline for expression of interest is 16:00 on Friday, 16th September 2022
Shortlisted organizations shall be issued prequalification and tender documents on or by 19th September 2022.
