Complete tender documents must be hand delivered within working days Monday-Friday from 9:00am-2:00pm. In addition to the conditions provided in the tender document(s), interested tenderers/bidders must provide the following certified document(s);
- Certificate of Registration (Incorporation)
- Valid single business permit (Local suppliers)
- Tax Compliance Certificate
- Dully filled and signed Form of Quotation
- Dully filled and signed Form for Disclosure of Interest
- Dully filled and signed Self-Declaration Form
- Dully filled and signed Certificate of Independent Quotation Determination
- Any other relevant documents
