PSI seeks a Coordinator, Human Resources that will perform various administrative duties in support of talent acquisition, talent development, talent systems, operations, workforce development and planning, total rewards and special projects. Provide departmental support for all functions within global HR and may provide logistical or functional support for departmental priorities. This role impacts every part of the employee life cycle while ensuring that the global HR team operates efficiently.
Your contributions
- Provide routine administrative and logistical support for daily operations and project management across all HR functions. May include managing personnel actions, on-boarding and off-boarding coordination, scheduling interviews, monitoring compliance and new hire reporting, file management, coordinating meetings or employee training sessions, and note-taking, also includes managing the various HR mailboxes and answering or escalating routine questions on HR policies and procedures. 35% of the Time
- Provide support for knowledge management activities, including the design of tools and systems for information tracking, creation and maintenance of internal filing systems related to employee records, and administration of online communications site(s). Assist with drafting, editing and coordinating internal and external communications materials. 25% of the Time
- Assist with the daily management of HR systems and technology, which includes data entry, ad-hoc reporting and project support, and providing routine technical support to HR team and employees. Identify, research and resolve routine technical problems of low complexity. May coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues. 25% of the Time
- Provide moderate financial management support, which may include assisting with reconciliations, and re-classing expenses, procurement and payment of consultants, vendors, and other services, and management and reconciliation of team purchasing card. 15% of the Time

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field preferred.
- At least 1 years of related experience. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted (e.g., Higher National Diploma and 2 years of related experience).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HRIS-based software and SharePoint preferred. Able to pick up new technologies and systems quickly.
- Able to proactively identify departmental needs.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to maintain complete confidentiality for sensitive issues and information.
