We work strategically in a targeted yet comprehensive manner to address critical, social, and institutional issues affecting developing countries.

Idmibok International is looking to develop a comprehensive database of experts to provide technical expertise on current and upcoming programs including providing support with proposal submissions in the areas listed below.

1. Public Health Expert

The Public Health Expert will support the organization in reviewing the design and implementation of programs for the achievement of impact. This includes assessment of the effectiveness of the program implementation to deliver effective public health outcomes, quality of health services provided to intended beneficiaries, availability, accuracy and completeness of data and its use for decision making and the performance of the organization’s grants on key health-related indicators in line with the targets in the Performance Framework.

The ideal candidate should have an advanced university degree in Medicine, Public Health, Health System Management, Epidemiology, or a related field with at least 10 years of professional experience (international or national) working in planning, management and Monitoring & Evaluation of programs in the health sector, including in developing countries; preferably including at least two years gained in the review or audit of health-related grant programs in the nonprofit/public sector in developing countries.

2.Health Systems Strengthening Expert

The Health Systems Strengthening Expert will support the optimization of data use for quality planning, improvement, assurance, and generate activities using continuous quality improvement (QI) approaches that entail problem root cause analysis, rapid-cycle testing, evaluation of the impact of solutions, best practice institutionalization, and spread through learning collaborative. S/he will provide overall guidance, technical assistance, and leadership support for Health System Strengthening across various health programs implemented by the organization.

The candidate should possess an advanced degree in Public Health, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or other related fields with at least 10 years of experience strengthening health systems with a focus on HIV, Tuberculosis and Malaria programs in a developing country. S/he should have hands-on monitoring & evaluation experience, data analysis, presentation, and reporting skills.

3.Procurement and Supply Chain Management Expert

The Procurement and Supply Chain Management Expert will support the provision of technical guidance and programmatic leadership for planning, managing, and reporting on Procurement and Supply Chain Management programs. The expert will collaborate with other donors and partners who are financing or providing relevant services or health commodities at the global, regional, or country level. S/he will support countries to align approaches at the regional level to improve supply chain and pharmaceutical management.

The candidate should have a Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Public Health, Logistics, or a related field with proven experience working in providing Technical Assistance in health supply chain and pharmaceutical management coordination or governance to governments in LMICs. An ideal candidate should possess demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the complexity of supply chain management and pharmaceutical management models for health products in LMICs. S/he should have experience engaging with the private sector and public sector stakeholders.

4.Peace Building, Conflict Analysis and Resilience Expert

The expert will provide technical expertise on programs focused on conflict prevention and conflict sensitivity outcomes. S/he will be responsible for drafting quality input to peacebuilding project reports, proposal submission efforts, conflict analysis and supporting the design of Monitoring and Evaluation, systems to ensure an impact-driven response across the peacebuilding programs.

The candidate must possess experience in programs related to conflict management, conflict sensitivity, community-based approaches, and the development of policy recommendations. S/he should have the ability to provide technical guidance and training within the peacebuilding, conflict management or similar sectors. The expert must also have experience liaising with donors and Government authorities while working in complex and politically sensitive regions.
