1. Agriculture and Food Authority invites sealed tenders for Supply and Delivery of Desk Top Computers Laptops and 3 In 1 Medium Printers Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested certified seed producers Tenderers will be allowed to tender for only one county.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500hours Monday to Friday at AFA Headquarters 2nd Floor Procurement Office or email tenders @ afa.go.ke.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of (Not Allowed) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.afa.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke .Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.afa.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to as indicated in the tender advertisement to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security N/A
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages in the sequence 1,2,3,4…of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00a.m on 29th March, 2022. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address referred to above.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
