Invitation to Tender: Vehicle Hire Services, Concern Worldwide

Concern Worldwide is an international non-governmental humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries.

Concern Worldwide invites interested vehicle hire service providers (including current service providers) to tender for vehicle hire services for the organization for one year.

Collecting dossiers from Concern Worldwide offices at the following addresses:

Nairobi – Junction of Westlands and Chameleon Avenue, Westlands (Behind Park Inn by Radisson Hotel). Concern Worldwide,

Marsabit – c/o NDMA Compound, Marsabit Town

Isiolo – Concern Worlwide, c/o CRS Kenya (NAWIRI), Caritas building within Isiolo Catholic diocese.

Tana River – Concern Worldwide, Catholic Mission Church compound, along Laza-Makutano Road, Hola.

Turkana – Concern Worldwide Office, Sapcone House, Kambi Mpya Lodwar.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the reference “Tender 22/01 Vehicle Hire Services and lot number(s)”. The envelope should be addressed to:

Bidders may bid for individual lots or for all lots.

Envelopes may be submitted, at the latest by 4.00 PM on Friday 25th February, 2022. Any bid submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Bids may be submitted to any of the addresses already detailed for collection of the dossiers.
