We are open to remote work for this position and will happily accept applicants from any Triggerise location (Portugal, South Africa, Amsterdam, Kenya, Ethiopia), as well as West Africa and Europe.
The Job
The Programme Lead coordinates and oversees the implementation of donor-funded projects assigned to them, making sure we implement effectively, meet results, comply with requirements and optimize communication and reporting to our donors.
About You
You’re a confident individual, with great interpersonal skills, enjoy working across multiple teams, and have an ability to bring people together, and represent Triggerise in front of donors and at public events.· Please note, for this position it is required that you can speak French at a conversational level, as well as write in French.
- You have previous experience as a Programme Lead or relevant position.
- You have experience with and understand how to best maintain relationships with donors and Partners for projects within your area.
- You have report writing, project management, research, documentation and presentation skills.
- You’re thorough and organized.
