Prequalification of Suppliers for Provision of Goods and Services

CBM-Christian Blind Mission is an international Christian disability and inclusive development organization whose primary purpose is to improve quality of life of the world’s poorest persons with disabilities and those at risk of disability, who live in the most disadvantaged societies CBM intends to prequalify suppliers for the supply of goods, works and services for the financial year 2022/2024 as below:

  • CBM/01/2021: Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services:- Medical, Group Life Insurance, Pension and General Insurance
  • CBM/02/2021: Provision of Vehicle Maintenance Services
  • CBM/03/2021: Provision of Taxi Services
  • CBM/04/2021: Provision of Courier and Rider Services within Kenya
  • CBM/05/2021: Provision of Catering Services
  • CBM/06/2021: Provision of Office Cleaning Services
  • CBM/07/2021: Provision of Travel Agency Services
  • CBM/08/2021: Provision of Global Parcel delivery services
  • CBM/9/2021: Provision of Professional Graphic Design, Communication and Humanitarian documentation
  • CBM/10/2021: Provision of Accommodation & Conferencing Services:- Nairobi, Bomet, Narumoru, Turkana, Nyeri, Nanyuki, Kajiado, Nakuru, Naivasha and Lodwar.
  • CBM/11/2021: Provision of Office Stationeries
  • CBM/12/2021: Provision of Occupational Safety and Health Consultancies and services
  • CBM/13/2021: Provision and supply of facemasks, sanitizers, sanitizers sprays and alcohol based wipes.
  • CBM/14/2021: Provision and supply of IT Equipment and related services

Thereafter:- All bids enclosed in plain sealed envelope clearly marked: “Prequalification of Suppliers 2022/2024 with specific service applied for dearly indicated including reference number; should be dropped at CBM Offices, 11 Ring Road Parklands, Nairobi Kenya by close of business on 31st October, 2021. An additional soft copy of the prequalification document in PDF format should also be sent to procurement.nairobi@cbm.org . All bids should be addressed to:Prequalification documents: Interested bidders/vendors should send an email to procurement.nairobi@cbm.org  requesting for detailed prequalification documents.
