National AIDS Control council invites sealed tenders for the supply and Delivery and installation of server compute, storage, backup appliance, backup software, VMware & windows server operating system.
Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tendering is open to all eligible tenderers registered appropriately with Registrar of companies.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
from the website www.nacc.or.ke/tenders.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.nacc.or.ke/tenders. Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nacc.or.ke/tenders. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to communication@nacc.or.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
All Tenders must be accompanied by tender Security of KSH. 200,000.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender forms required and submit electronically as per the electronic submission guidelines.
Completed tenders must be delivered electronically on or before 10:00am 18th October 2021.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be opened electronically and the tender report/outcome will be immediately accessed by all vendors who participated in the tender through their NACC E-Procurement Portal – Link https://eprocurement.nacc.or.ke
Late tenders will be rejected.
