Expression of interest must be submitted with:
- Signed, sealed/stamped letter of Expression,
- A detailed company profile with Proof of physical existence,
- Proof of legal incorporation, VAT registration, KRA PIN, Trading license,
- Certification by relevant regulatory bodies [MoH, NCA, ERC, etc.)
- Proof of having undertaken similar works for International NGO’S or similar organizations
Data Protection
Relevant and necessary information, including personal data shall be provided as required, for the purpose of prequalification of suppliers for the supply of goods, services and works for the period 2021 to 2023. HI shall apply its General Personal Data Protection Policy in processing information provided, if at all.
Interested parties voluntarily provide the necessary and required information, and agree to take all necessary measures required under the law on their part, to ensure the security of personal information, including safeguard mechanisms for collection, storage, maintenance and otherwise processing.

Expression of Interest documents should be received no later than 8th November 2021 by 1500HRS. Any proposals received after this date will be entirely rejected. Persons with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
