Invitation to Tender: Construction of Inclusive WASH Facilities in Nairobi, Mombasa and Garissa Counties

Invitation to Bid
FCA is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested contractors in contracting for the following Tender:
Construction
- Construction of inclusive WASH facilities in E.A.F Rueben-Embakasi-MH Unit, Valley Brigde-Mathare-CP Unit, Martin Luther-Makadara-MH Unit Schools in Nairobi County
- Construction of WASH facilities in Mtongwe Special School, Likoni primary special school and Maji Safi special schools in Mombasa County.
- Construction of WASH facilities in Garissa School for the Deaf and Garissa primary Special schools Garissa County.
Bidding will be conducted through an open tender procedure.
- All the works are for a humanitarian project in implemented by FCA in Nairobi, Mombasa and Garissa.
- Please note, the bid prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.
All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents) online through E-mail: Kenya.tender1@kua.fi with the tender reference number as the subject of the mail: by 2359 HRS Kenyan time on 22/09/2021. Late bids will be rejected.
Applicants with enquiries regarding these tenders should send them in writing via E-mail Keco.Procurement@kua.fi up to 7/09/2021 by 1700hrs.
- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 28/09/2021 at 10.30 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).
- Tender documents will be available from 2/09/2021 at 0800hrs to 22/09/2021 by 1700hrs. Interested Bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English at no cost from the contact mentioned below.
