Bid Notice For Sale Of Vehicles
The International Rescue Committee, is an international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
This Notice of sale informs the public that IRC invites physical Bids for purchase of a vehicle as below.
- Vehicle Registration- KX85AO8- Toyota ZREIS1R (2008)
- KX 85 A 09- Toyota ZREI51R- (2008)
- KX 85 A18- Toyota Corolla (2011)
- KX 85 A28- Toyota Corolla- (2012)
- KX 85 A 03- Landrover Defender110 (2009)
The vehicles’ duty has not been pain and are located at Nairobi-IRC office located at Merchant Square Building, basement 2, Block C, Riverside Drive and Nairobi-IRC office located at Mombasa Road Alpha Centre Go Down number-85.
Interested buyers should drop/submit their physical bids to tender box located at international Rescue Committee office at Merchant Square Building 4th Floor, Block C, Riverside Drive, Nairobi, Kenya. Individual bidding forms should be clearly filled and inserted in an envelope well sealed and indicated ‘Sale of vehicles’
Kindly note that the sale of the vehicle will be on, “AS IS, WHERE IS”, basis and all interested bidders can view and inspect the vehicle from 10.30am-3.00pm on 24th, 25th and 26th August 2021 only at location and time indicated above.
The Physical Bids should be submitted on /or before 3rd September 2021,4:00pm. Bids delivered after this deadline will not be accepted.

Please note that IRC shall Not be bound to accept any bid and any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
