Request for Proposal: Provision of External Audit Services

RFP/EXTERNALAUDITORS 2021-2023
The Regional Centre for Mapping of Resources for Development (RCMRD) invites proposals from eligible candidates for the provision of external audit services for the financial years ending 31st December 2021, 31st December 2022 and 31st December 2023.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) document includes the following documents:

Section II – Information to Bidders
Section III – Terms of Reference
Section IV – Technical proposal Appendices (templates)
Section V – Financial proposal Appendices (templates)

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the RCMRD Office or email through rcmrd@rcmrd.org or procurement@rcmrd.org . A complete set of the RFP document should be downloaded free of charge from www.rcmrd.org.

Bidders MUST forward their particulars immediately for records and any further tender clarifications and addenda to emails given.

The Bidder will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in the RFP. Duly completed proposal and serialized documents (original and one copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed under the Request for Proposal document and be dropped in the Tender Box at the following address;
