The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.

In partnership with [DONOR], the IRC is undertaking 4 Borehole Rehabilitation works at IRC LODWAR FIELD SITE in Turkana County and has a requirement for the following.

Interested and suitably qualified potential contractors may request complete tender information from the IRC Procurement Office located at Lodwar Field Office. OR May download complete tender information and RFP documents and BOQs from IRC website http://www.rescue.org/about/procurement

Site visit is A MUST FOR ALL POTENTIAL SUPPLIER.

Interested Potential Suppliers should be at IRC Lodwar offices as follows for supplier visit to sites:

1^st  Nov 2023 at 9.00am Turkana south -Ikore site

2^nd Nov 2023 at 9.00am Loima Kaekuto & Nariemit

3^rd  Nov 2023 at 9.00am Turkana West -Lorus site

The bidder’s proposal shall comprise of technical proposal and financial proposal together with all the required documents as per clause 7 in the Request for Proposal.

All bids are to be physically placed in the TENDER BOX provided at IRC LODWAR FIELD OFFICE.

Bids should be submitted on/ or before 16th November 2023,5:00PM. EAT.

Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Please note that IRC shall not be bound to accept the lowest priced tender or bid, or any tender or bid submit toil, and any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
