ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks the services of a Human Resources Manager based in Nairobi, Kenya. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of the human resource function within the country office.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of the human resource function – primarily for staffing, recruiting, retention, performance management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, staff development and succession planning.

ICAP Kenya seeks to fill this position by 30 June 2023. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ work experience and possess a minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. A relevant Masters’ degree will be an added advantage. Prior experience of working in an International NGO on a managerial role will be essential.
