Invitation to Tender for Supply of Goods and Provision of Services 2023/2024 – KCH

Applications are invited for the supply and provision of the following goods and services for the period 7th August, 2023 to 6th August, 2024. Current suppliers should apply afresh in order to comply with the revised conditions

Eligible tenderers can purchase the tender document from Kenya Children’s Homes (KCH] office located at Thomas Barnardo House along Lang’ata Road, opposite Wilson Airport during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh.3,000 [Three Thousand Shillings only] payable to Kenya Children’s Homes, Standard Chartered Bank- Account Number 0108031398000 or Mpesa Paybill no 513500 Account Number-Tender.

Tender documents should be in plain sealed envelopes marked “TENDER NUMBER REF………” Addressed to:

Kenya Children’s Homes,

P.0 Box 44261-00100,

Langata Road,

Nairobi Kenya.

and deposited at Thomas Barnardo House [KCH] Office Tender Box on or before 24^th  May, 2023 at 10am.

Tenders will be opened the same day at 3 pm at Thomas Barnardo House field in the presence of tenderers who may choose to attend the opening session.

Kenya Children’s Homes reserves the right to accept or reject any application in whole or in part and is not bound to give any reason thereof.
