Brief Summary Description of Program:
Church World Service (CWS) is a faith-based organization transforming communities around the globe through just and sustainable responses to hunger, poverty, displacement and disaster. CWS operates as Church World Service & Witness through a Cooperative Agreement with the Department of State/Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration. Church World Service & Witness is administered by the Church World Service Immigration Refugee Program (CWS/IRP) and is based in Nairobi, Kenya with sub offices in Pretoria, South Africa, Kasulu, Tanzania and Kampala, Uganda.
