RFP for Office Redesign and Remodeling – Heifer International Kenya

The Heifer International Kenya office is not optimally set up to accommodate the full-time equivalent staff and with the foreseeable enlargement in staffing requirements, it will be paramount for the office to strategically remodel and/or redesign the current space to fit growing needs. This requires a more dynamic design in creating a more optimal co-working space that puts forward collaboration over isolation. Heifer International Kenya will need a plan that considers both current and future office space requirements to allocate adequate office space to departments based on the functional needs of their work. This office project based on a functional allocation of office space will result in improved productivity.
