Request for Proposals: Endline Impact Evaluation – Palladium International

Palladium International, LLC is the implementing contractor of the USAID funded Kenya Investment Mechanism (KIM).

KIM seeks to conduct an endline impact evaluation to demonstrate the overall impact of the project interventions in transforming the investment ecosystem for businesses in the targeted sectors. The endline impact evaluation will target direct and indirect beneficiaries, including FIs, BASPs, enterprises, and other relevant stakeholders over the life of project, measuring the impact of KIM interventions in increasing access to finance and creating more opportunities for growth in the targeted sectors and value chains as well as job creation for youth and women. To date, KIM has mobilized over $543 million in investment for over 75,000 enterprises and smallholders, across the targeted sectors.
