Invitation to Tender: Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Eboard Management System

1. The Wildlife Research and Training Institute Invites Sealed Tenders for The Supply of I.E The Supply, Delivery,
Installation and Maintenance of an E-Board Management System.

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office
hours [ 0900 To 1700 Hours] at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge electronically from the website
www.wrti.go.ke or PPIP website http://tenders.go.ke. More details on the services are provided in PART 2 –
Services’ Requirements, Section V – description of services of the tender document. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.

5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@wrti.go.ke.
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” of Kshs. 30, 000.00 (Thirty Thousand Shillings Only)
in any of the following forms; a bank guarantee; a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by
the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority; a letter of credit; or guarantee by a deposit taking
micro-finance institution, Sacco society, the Youth Enterprise Development Fund or the Women Enterprise
Fund.

7. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender Documents Submitted.

8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12PM Wednesday 18th January 2023.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
